New Prescription ID Cards with Navitus for Medicare Plan Members

The OU Health Plan will be switching Rx benefits to Navitus from SilverScript for
all Medicare plan members effective January 1, 2022. New prescription cards will
be mailed to Medicare members in December 2021.

Why is OU Health changing to Navitus?

The Plan is automatically enrolling you with Navitus because SilverScript declined
to submit a new contract proposal contract with OU Health.

What To Expect:

From Navitus

You will be receiving a Welcome Packet with Mail Order information and
new ID Cards from Navitus in mid-December 2021 for benefits that will
take effect on January 1, 2022.

From CVS

You may have already received a termination letter from CVS/Caremark
notifying you that your prescription coverage with SilverScript will end on
December 31, 2021.

What You Need To Do

No action is required on your part. The Plan is automatically enrolling you with
Navitus. However, your doctor will have to call in new mail order prescriptions
after 12/31/21 because Medicare does not allow prescriptions to be transferred
from the previous carrier to the new carrier.
