SilverSneakers – A new NO COST benefit for retirees

SilverSneakers is your pathway to a more active lifestyle! You’re free to move how you want, when you want in the gym or at home, at no additional cost.

This new benefit will provide all retirees the ability to visit participating gyms to utilize fitness centers and equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, etc. along with access to free classes such as yoga, aerobics and Pilates. Classes can also be accessed on line to allow members to participate from the comfort of their own home.

You can take advantage of a nationwide gym and community fitness network with thousands of locations and you can go to as many as you like.  Get started with a new member orientation to learn about our trained instructors and classes for all skill levels.
